8/11/2025- Today, the last of the roofing work will be completed! The gutter crew is working on building 24 today and will work on building 25 tomorrow, and finish with building 26 on Wednesday. We will work on getting all of the material and equipment removed from the site the rest of the week.

We really appreciate your patience as we understand the inconvenience a project like this places on your daily routines. This work is noisy, dirty, and invasive. No one likes living in a construction site.

8/5/2025- The roofing crew is plugging away on building 25. This building will be completed tomorrow. The final building will start on Thursday, August 7th. Building 26 (7501-7543 Parkridge Lane & 7502-7544 Parkridge Place) is the last building to receive roof work. If you live in this building, please prepare for work to start this Thursday.

Tomorrow, 8/6, the gutter crew will be back on-site to complete the gutter installation on building 23 (7519 Southridge Ct & 7520-7556 Southridge Ln). We then have them scheduled for next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to complete the remaining three buildings. Monday will be building 24, Tuesday will be building 25, and Thursday will be building 26.

8/4/2025 – The crew has a few small entry roofs to complete on Building 24, but they will also start on Building 25 today. This is the second-to-last building to be completed if you live in building 25 (7503-7545 Parkridge Way & 7506-7546 Parkridge Lane), please prepare for work on your building.

7/31/2025- The boys were cruising on building 23 and completed it in two days! They are moving to building 24 (7505 Southridge Lane & 7506-7548 Parkridge Way) today. This building is expected to take 2-3 days to complete.

The gutter crew will be back today to install the gutters on building 22.

7/28/2025- After two very hot days! The crew was able to push through and will complete building 22 today. Tomorrow, the home stretch of buildings will begin with work starting on building 23 (7519-7555 Southridge Court & 7520-7556 Southridge Lane). This is a 14-home building with a different roofline than the previous buildings. The last four buildings have more stops and starts of the roofline and will slow the crew down. Please be prepared for the remaining buildings to take longer than the previous ones.

The gutter crew is currently scheduled to return on Thursday, July 31st. They will pick up where they left off and begin working on building 22.

7/25/2025- Because of the rain on Wednesday, the crew was not able to complete building 21 in two days. Yesterday, building 21 was completed, and today, building 22 (7605-7607 Parkridge Lane & 14611-14623 Sumter Ave) will begin. This building should be completed on Monday… if we don’t have any more rain delays. This is the last building on the western strip of the inner buildings. Buildings 23-26 are the home stretch. Thanks again for everyone’s patience and cooperation.

,

7/22/2025- Today, the roofing crew is working on building 21 (7609-7621 Parkridge Way & 7608-7620 Parkridge Lane). They are moving along well and may be able to complete the work by the end of the day tomorrow. If not, they will need to finish the building on Thursday, July 24th.

The gutter crew will be back on-site tomorrow and will install the gutters on building 20.

7/17/2025- More days like today, please! Today was a great day for roofing, and the crew finished building 19. Tomorrow, they will begin work on building 20. This is a 12-home building and will take 3-4 working days to complete. If you live in building 20 (7613-7623 Southridge Ln & 7612-7622 Parkridge Way), please prepare for the crew’s arrival tomorrow and the 3-4 days of work to replace the roof.

7/16/2025- With the rain this morning, the crew is not able to start at the normal time. They will hang around the site until the rain stops and pick up where they left off. Depending on when they can start today, they should be able to finish the rest of building 19 tomorrow, Thursday, July 17th.

7/14/2025- Today, the crew started on building 19. Today and tomorrow are dangerously hot with a heat advisory. The crew is moving more slowly because of this and will need to take more days to complete the work. We apologize for the additional inconvenience, but we hope everyone understands.

The forecast also shows rain tomorrow evening and most of Wednesday, so we may lose a day of work. After this building, the rest of the buildings get bigger, with the last three buildings having 16 homes and more breaks in the roofline. These buildings could take up to a week to complete.

7/10/2025- After an unexpected shower this morning, the roofing and gutters crews got back to work. Both crews will be back tomorrow.

The roofing crew will need another day on building 18. They have completed 2/3 of the building and will complete the remaining 1/3 tomorrow.

On Monday, April 14th, they will move to the first building in the middle of the community. Building 19 (7615-7625 Southridge Ct & 7614-7624 Southridge Lane) residents, please prepare for the crew’s arrival.

The gutter crew will catch up to the roofers tomorrow. The next scheduled dates for them are 7/22-7/25/2025.

7/7/2025- I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July. Today, the crew is back at it and is working on building 17. Unfortunately, this building has 14 homes, as the majority of the previous large buildings had 12. With that said, they will need to return for a half day tomorrow, 7/8,  to finish the lower roofs above the entrance doors.

Once they are done with the entrance roofs on building 17, they will begin working on the lower roofs on building 18. We apologize for the added inconvenience of working on two buildings in a single day.

I would also like to remind the residents of buildings 15, 16,17, and possibly 18, that the gutter crew is scheduled to be on-site this Wednesday, July 9th, to begin installing the new gutters on these buildings. They will remain on-site until they catch up to the roofing crew.

We are nearly finished with all of the perimeter buildings! This will leave the 8 interior buildings. The three largest buildings in the community are located here. Buildings 24, 25, and 26 all have 16 homes.

7/2/2025- We apologize for the long day today. With the hot weather, the crew was moving a little slower. We’re trying to get these buildings done in two days to limit the impact on the occupants. They were able to complete building 16, and will start on building 17 tomorrow. There will be no work on the 4th of July, so please be safe and enjoy the long weekend. They will return on Monday, July 7th, and continue building 17.

6/26/2025- After two more days of rain, the roofing crew will be back on-site working on building 15. This building will take two days to complete, so they’ll be back on Monday to finish.

The gutter crew will also be back to install the remaining gutters on building 14. Once a few more roofs are completed, they will come back and pick up where they left off.

6/24/025- Tomorrow’s and Thursday’s forecast shows rain… Shocking! There will not be any roofing work completed tomorrow. Today, the roofing crew was able to complete building 14. The next building to be roofed, weather permitting, is building 15.

The gutter crew is going to try and work tomorrow. If you’re in buildings 11 or 12, please have your vehicles out of your garage and off your driveways by 8:00 am. The gutter crew will be using aerial lifts to assist with the installation.

6/22/2025- Unfortunately, due to the heat last week, the crew was unable to complete all of the small lower roofs on Building 13. The plan for tomorrow is to complete these roofs and start on building 14.

On Wednesday, June 25th, the gutter crew is scheduled to return to the site. They will pick up where they left off and start building 11 and move numerically towards the roofing crew.

As with most weeks this year, there are several days with a chance of rain. We will do our best to keep everyone updated.

6/18/2025- After two long days, the crew was able to complete building 12. They will be moving onto building 13 tomorrow. The plan is to split the building at the ridge and complete one half per day. We are trying different combinations to figure out the most efficient way to get the larger buildings completed. Per usual, we respectfully ask that your vehicles are out of your garage and off the driveway by 7:00 AM to allow the crew to begin promptly.

6/16/2025- Building 12 will start tomorrow. The plan is to complete both sides of the main roof tomorrow and the steep sides and lower roofs on Wednesday. An extra day may be needed if they’re not able to complete either section as planned. While your building is being worked on. Please make sure you do not park in the driveway and have them out of your garage by 7:00 AM if you will need them for the day. You may park in your garage after the crew has cleaned up for the day, but you will need them out again by the next morning. This holds true for the duration the building is getting worked on.

6/16/2025- Unfortunately, there’s a chance of rain during the day with a chance of severe weather later this evening. For these reasons, we will not be starting building 12 today. The rest of the week looks promising, so we should be able to get some work done.

6/13/2025- Rain, rain, go away! Unfortunately, the weather has been less than cooperative to begin the project. Yesterday, no work was completed due to the rain.

Today, the crew will be on-site to finish building 11. The small roofs above all entrances on both sides of the building and the steep Southern slope of the roof are remaining. According to the forecast, the rain will stay to the North of the community for most of the day and should allow the remaining work to be completed.

Next week’s weather doesn’t look great either. As of now, there’s a slight chance of rain Monday through Wednesday. We’ll monitor the forecast and determine when and if work can be completed.

6/11/2025- Yesterday and today, the crew is working on building 11. They will not be able to finish today, so they will be back tomorrow to finish this building. There’s rain in the forecast, so we’ll need to keep an eye on that to determine if building 12 can start.

The gutter crew is on-site completing buildings 8, 9, and 10 today. Once a few of the large buildings have been roofed, we will schedule them to return and start installing the gutters on these buildings.

6/9/2025- Thanks to all who stopped by on Friday to grab a bite to eat and introduce yourselves. It was nice to meet everyone!

Today, the roofing crew is working on the last quad-home building, 10. We will continue working around the perimeter of the community with building 11 starting tomorrow. These buildings will take 2-3 days to complete. The plan for building 11 is to work on the Eastern and Northern sections on Tuesday, June 10th, and the Western and Southern sections on Tuesday, June 11th. The homes facing Quebec Ave will be tomorrow, and the homes facing the Southridge Ct finger street will be on Wednesday, June 11th.

On Wednesday, June 11th, the gutter crew will be back on-site to install the gutters on buildings 8, 9, and 10.

6/5/2025- Today, there’s a slight chance of rain until 8:00 AM. We will delay the start of building 8 (14461, 14463, 14465, and 14467 Quebec Ave) until after the chance passes. As long as we can start by 8:30-9:00 AM, the crew will start working.

The gutters were installed on buildings 6 & 7 yesterday. They will return next Wednesday, June 11th, to finish the remaining 3 quad-home buildings.

We’re still planning on grilling up burgers and dogs starting at 3:00 and will keep grilling until 6:00 PM. Please stop by for a bite to eat and refreshments.

6/4/2025- After another rain day, the roofing crew is back to work. Today, they are working on building 7. Tomorrow, they will work on building 8 (14461, 14463, 14465, and 14467 Quebec Ave).

The gutter crew has installed the new gutters on the first five buildings. Tomorrow they will return to work on buildings 6 & 7. We have them scheduled to return next Wednesday, June 11th. to finish the last 3 quadhome buildings (8, 9, and 10).

On Friday evening, June 6th, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, we will be grilling hamburgers and hot dogs. Please stop by and grab something to eat.

6/2/2025- Today, the roofing and gutter crew is on-site. The roofing crew is working on building 6, and weather permitting, they will work on building 7 (14471, 14473, 14475, and 14477 Quebec Ave) tomorrow. The weather doesn’t look good, so it may get pushed to Wednesday, June 4th.

The gutter crew is working on buildings 1 and 2. I just spoke with the foreman, and if they have time, they will start on building 3. Weather permitting, they will be back tomorrow to pick up where they left off.

5/30/2025- Yesterday, the crew completed building 4 and is working on building 5 (14511, 14513, 14515, and 14517 Quebec Ave) today. On Monday, June 2nd, building 6 (14501, 14503, 14505, and 14507 Quebec Ave) will be worked on.

Also on Monday, the gutter crew will be on-site to start installing new gutters on the buildings that have had their roofs replaced. The gutter crew is expecting to complete two buildings per day. Buildings 1 and 2 will commence on Monday, 6/2; buildings 3 and 4 will be completed on Tuesday, 6/3; and buildings 5 and 6 will have gutters installed on Wednesday, 6/4.

To complete the gutters, the crew will need clear access around the perimeter of the building, including the driveway. Please remove vehicles from the driveway or keep them 15-20 feet from the garage door. The gutter work will have limited impact on your daily routine, but please use caution when your building is having new gutters installed.

5/28/2025- More rain is forecasted for today, so no work will take place today. The crew will complete building 4 tomorrow, weather permitting.

5/27/2025- On Friday, the crew completed building 2. Today, they are working on building 3 (14531, 14533, 14535, and 14537 Quebec Ave).

There’s a slight chance of rain tomorrow. We’ll watch the forecast and determine if building 4 (14521, 14523, 14525, and 14527 Quebec Ave) can start tomorrow. If you live in building 4, please plan on work starting tomorrow.

5/22/2025- After three straight rain days, today was perfect for roofing. It’s going to be a long day, but the crew will finish building one. They will move to building 2 (14613, 14627, 14621, and 14625 Quebec Ave) tomorrow, Friday, May 23rd. If you live in this building, please make sure you have your vehicles out of your garage and off the driveway by no later than 7:00 AM.

We will allow everyone to enjoy the long Memorial Day weekend and return on Tuesday, May 27th.

5/21/2025- The project started off soggy! We haven’t been able to complete any work this week, and today is no different. It’s currently wet out now with a chance of more rain later today. Fortunately, we have a very nice stretch of weather on the way. Tomorrow will be the first chance to complete some work. The crew will work on building 1 (14633, 14637, 14641, and 14645 Quebec Ave) tomorrow and 2 on Friday. No work will be completed over the Holiday Weekend.

5/19/2025- Unfortunately, the weather forecast showed a great enough chance for rain this afternoon that we decided not to start any roofing today. The chance of rain persists tomorrow (complete washout), and Wednesday has a 30% or greater chance for the day. We’ll have to watch the forecast and determine if work can start on Wednesday, or will the start of the project be Thursday, May 22nd?? The beginning of the week is unstable.

5/16/2025- As you may have seen, the material, equipment, storage container, and on-site restrooms have been delivered and staged throughout the community. On Monday, May 19th, the roof replacement of building 1 (14633, 14637, 14641, and 14645 Quebec Ave) will begin. Notices have been posted on the garage doors as a reminder.

As of now, there is a slight chance of rain on Monday. We will continue to monitor the forecast and will make a call Monday morning if work will be delayed.

On Monday, May 19th, the community-wide restoration project is scheduled to begin. This project is expected to take approximately 50 working days (10 weeks) to complete all of the work.

If you have a satellite dish on the roof that is no longer in service. Please email Info@Atlasmn.com  with your address, and we will remove and dispose of the dish properly. If your dish is still active, it will be disconnected to replace the roof. You will lose service until the roof work is complete and the dish is realigned.

The work will consist of a full roof replacement with exhaust vent rework as well as gutter and downspout replacement. Unfortunately, with all construction projects, there will be an impact on your daily routine, and your patience and cooperation will be needed. Project notices are posted in the blog, emailed out, and posted on garage doors as a final reminder before work starts on your building. Please read the notice for what to expect and what is requested from you to ensure the work is completed promptly and so you are properly prepared. Henry Hernandez is your dedicated project manager. He will be on-site every day to oversee the work and address residents’ concerns. He can be reached at 612-638-8700.

The work will start on the 10 quad-home buildings on Quebec Ave and continue around the perimeter of the community. As soon as these buildings are completed, 8 buildings in the middle of the community will be worked on. All buildings have been assigned a number on the project progression map. The crew will start on building 1 and work numerically through the community per the map.

Once the roof work is completed, the gutter crew will be on-site to replace the gutters. They are scheduled to begin on Monday, June 2nd. They will also work numerically through the community, following the path of the roofing crew.

Building 1 (14633, 14637, 14641, and 14645 Quebec Ave) will be the first building to be worked on. The crew will be on-site Monday, May 19th, with work starting at 7:00 AM.

In advance of work starting, a storage container, equipment, on-site restrooms, and materials will be delivered and staged around the community. The main staging area to start will be near 7544 Parkridge Pl and will take up the guest parking spots near the building and green space.
