11/6/2025- Sorry for the gap in updates. With all of the roofing and gutter work completed, the siding crew was making its way through the community, but has now finished. With all of the work completed, we will be on-site tomorrow to walk the property, complete a final clean-up, and get a final count of broken post caps. These caps are a special order and will be installed as soon as they are delivered to us. Thanks again for your cooperation and patience during this project, and for the opportunity to work on your homes.

10/17/2025- With the roofing and gutter crew out of the way. The siding crew is slowly making its way through the community. One crew is finishing up the last of the chimney repairs, and another crew is working on cutting out and replacing the aluminum wrap. This process will continue for a while as it’s a slow, tedious process. They will also bounce around the community and replace the select pieces of siding that sustained damage.

10/15/2025- The roofing and gutters are complete! The siding crew will be on-site for a while yet. They are still working on the chimneys on building 12 and have started completing the aluminum wrap repairs on select elevations. They are currently working on the west side of building 11. They will move to the west side of building 12 once they are finished.
For the remaining work, the crew will be bouncing around and will do their best to stay out of the way. If they are blocking an area you need to access, please ask them to move, and they will accommodate you as best as possible.

10/10/2025- Yesterday, the roofing crew was able to finish the last building! Congratulations, the most inconvenient portion of the project is completed.
Today, the gutter crew is starting the installation of the new gutters on building 12. They are also scheduled to return on Monday, October 13th, to complete this building.
The siding crew is still working on the chimneys on building 11. They will move to the chimneys on building 12 next.

10/7/2025- The roofing crew started the last building yesterday! This is a huge building, so it will take longer to complete. They are expecting to finish this building by Thursday, October 9th. Once this building is complete, the roofing portion of the project will be finished, and the majority of the materials and equipment will begin to be cleaned up.
The gutter crew will return to the site tomorrow to install the new gutters on Building 11. They will then return on Friday, October 10th, to begin the gutter installation on Building 12. They will attempt to complete the entire building, but may need to return to finish any remaining installs.
The siding crew is currently working on the chimneys on the sides of building 11. Once they finish the chimneys, we will communicate the plane for the rest of the work.
10/1/2025- Today, the roofing crew will finish up the last single-sided building, building 10. Tomorrow, they will begin working on building 11 (940-946 & 820-826 Trenton Ln N). This building is slightly larger than some of the others, but we’re still planning on getting it done in two days, to have it completed by Friday, October 3rd. Below is the plan for completing the replacement. They will work on the red side, above homes (944,946 & 820,822) on Thursday, 10/2, and the green side, above homes (940,942 & 824,826) on Friday, 10/3. We still ask that all owners have their vehicles out of their garages and off of the driveways for both days.
On Friday, October 3rd, the gutter crew will be back on-site to pick up where they left off. They will be working on buildings 9 and 10.
We are getting close to the end of the major work, and we understand the inconvenience this has caused the community. We greatly appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation during the project.

9/29/2025- By the end of the day, the roofing crew will be done with building 9. Tomorrow, they will begin working on building 10 (930-936 Trenton Ln N). This is the last perimeter building. If you live in this building, please prepare for their arrival tomorrow morning.
The siding crew was working on the chimneys on building 8 and will move on to building 9 as soon as they’re done.
As of now, we have the gutter crew scheduled to be back on-site this Friday.

9/25/2025- Today, the roofing crew will finish building 8. Tomorrow, 9/26, they will begin working on building 9 (900-906 Trenton Ln N). If you live in this building, please be prepared for the crew’s arrival.
Tomorrow, the gutter crew will also be on-site to pick up where they left off. The plan is to work on buildings 6-8 to catch up to the roofing crew.
The siding crew is working on the chimneys on building 7 and should get these done by the end of the day.
Finally, we’re aware of some broken post caps and will be replacing these after all roof work is complete. The caps require a special order as no suppliers keep these in stock. Once we are done with the roofs, a final count of the caps will be determined so we can order enough to replace all of the damaged ones. We apologize for the inconvenience. These caps have gotten very brittle over the years and are located in spots that are prone to getting damaged.

9/23/2025- This week’s weather has been great with more to come. The roofing crew will finish up building 7 today and start on building 8 (880-886 Trenton Ln N) tomorrow. If you live in this building, please be prepared for the crew’s arrival tomorrow.
The gutter crew has installed the new gutters on buildings 1-5. They will return sometime next week to pick up where they left off.
The siding crew is working on the chimneys at buildings 3 & 4 and will keep working on these as the roofs get finished.

9/19/2025- The forecast still shows a chance of rain all day. No roof work will be completed today. They were able to complete building 6 yesterday, and will start on building 7 (880-886 Trenton Ln N) Monday morning, 9/22. There’s a siding crew on-site making spot repairs and working on the chimneys.
Their work will have a limited impact on your daily routines. They will be moving around the community as needed to complete their work.

9/17/2025- Unfortunately, Friday looks like it will be a rain day. We have decided to move the gutter crew to tomorrow. They will be working on buildings 3-5.
The roofing crew will finish building 6 tomorrow and see what the weather permits on Friday. Unfortunately, this week has been very unstable with unseasonable temperatures.

9/16/2025- Today was too hot! The crew was moving a little slower, rightfully so. They were able to finish building 5, but will need to complete the final cleanup around this building tomorrow.
Building 6 (870-876 Trenton Ln N) will begin. Tomorrow is supposed to be another hot day, so this building may take two days to complete.
The gutter crew is scheduled to be on-site this Friday and will be working on building 3-5.

9/16/2025- Today, the crew will continue to work on building 5 (860-866 Trenton Ln N). The weather this week doesn’t look great, as there is a chance of rain the rest of the week after today. We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and determine if any work will be completed.

9/14/2025- Thanks to everyone who stopped by on Friday evening in spite of the rain. It was very nice to meet all of you.
The roofing crew was almost able to complete building 4 (830-836 Trenton Ln) on Friday, but will need to finish the lower entrance roofs and eyebrow roofs below the doormer on Monday. They will also start building 5 (860-866 Trenton Ln). If you live in either of these buildings, please be prepared for the crew’s presence tomorrow morning.

9/12/2025 – Yesterday, the roofing crew finished building 3 and is now working on building 4 (830-836 Trenton Ln N). They will continue working on this building on Monday, September 15th.
The gutter crew was able to finish the installation on buildings 1 & 2. They are scheduled to return next Friday, September 19th, to install the gutters on buildings 3, 4, and 5. These buildings have fewer gutters, so they plan to complete all three in a day.
The siding crew was able to get the chimneys done on the first three buildings. They will return to the site next week and begin working on the selected aluminum repairs and chimney rework.

9/10/2025- We’ve got three crews going today. The roofers are starting building 3, the siders are working on the chimneys on building 2, and the gutter crew is working on building 1. A lot is going on.
As previously mentioned, with buildings on both sides of the street, the access will be tight with the telehandler positioned in the street. To reach the roof, the machine needs to be placed here. As you can see from the photo, there’s not enough space to pass around it. You will need to go the opposite way to exit and enter. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there’s no other option.

9/9/2025 – 2. Because the roofing crew won’t be on-site today, we have decided to have the siding crew begin working on the chimneys of Building 1. This will have a limited impact on your daily routine, but an aerial lift will be used to access the roof and bring materials up. They will do their best not to block any driveways, but please use caution and be patient, and the crew will accommodate your needs.
I’d also like to remind everyone about the meet and greet BBQ on Friday evening. Stop by and say hi. This is a good time to get any of your questions answered.
The project manager, Henry, wanted me to remind everyone that access to the rest of the buildings is tighter than the first two because there are buildings on both sides of the street. The machine used to collect debris and hoist material to the roof will be in the street to reach the roof. He will do his best to allow enough space to pass, but you may need to use an alternate route and take the long way out or in to the community.
9/9/2025- Unfortunately, the threat of rain did not go away. For that reason, we have decided not to start building the 3 roof. The crew was able to complete the roof on building 2 yesterday.
Our gutter crew will be on-site tomorrow, Wednesday, September 10th. They will begin installing the new gutters on building 1 and building 2. They are scheduled to be on-site for two days. They will return once a few more roofs have been completed.

9/7/2025- The crew will pick up where they left off on building 2 (951-959 Trenton Ln N.) tomorrow morning. They should be able to finish this building tomorrow and move on to building 3 (800-812 Trenton Ln N) on Tuesday. There’s currently a chance of rain on Monday and Tuesday. We will continue to monitor the forecast and provide updates as soon as possible.

9/5/2025- The crew worked late but was able to complete building 1. They ran into some rotted wood around the chimneys that required some additional work.
They will be starting building 2 this morning. Notices were posted on the garage doors yesterday. Sorry for the late update.

9/2/2025- The crew arrived this morning after monitoring the weather and has decided not to complete any work today. It’s better to be safe than sorry. A few people will stick around to unload the materials and stage building 1 for tomorrow. We apologise for any inconvenience, but a little bit of water can cause big problems.

8/28/2025- On Tuesday, September 2nd, the restoration work is scheduled to begin with the roof replacement of building 1 (10510-10522 8th Ave N). This building is expected to take 1-2 days to complete. Notices have been posted on the garage doors as a final reminder. Notices will be posted on the next building the day before the roof work starts on that building.
Tuesday morning will be a very busy morning. A large amount of materials is scheduled to be delivered while the roof work is in progress. Please exercise caution when you’re entering and exiting the community. Please be patient, as our equipment will be on the roads and may require you to wait or use an alternate route while work is in progress.
After the roof work is finished, a separate gutter crew and siding crew will begin working on the buildings. The gutter work will move quickly, but the siding and soft metal repairs will be a very slow and tedious process. Only select repairs to the siding and soft metals will be completed; this is not a full replacement. This work is less impactful on the residents, but it will still require some cooperation on your end. Additional notices and updates will be sent out once this work starts.

On Tuesday, September 2nd, the community-wide restoration project is scheduled to begin.
If you have a satellite dish on the roof that is no longer in service. Please email Info@Atlasmn.com with your address, and we will remove and dispose of the dish properly. If your dish is still active, it will be disconnected to replace the roof. You will lose service until the roof work is complete and the dish is realigned.
The work will consist of a full roof replacement with exhaust vent rework, select aluminum wrap replacement, and gutter and downspout replacement. Unfortunately, with all construction projects, there will be an impact on your daily routine, and your patience and cooperation will be needed. Project notices are posted in the blog, emailed out, and posted on garage doors as a final reminder before work starts on your building. Please read the notice for what to expect and what is requested from you to ensure the work is completed promptly and so you are properly prepared. Henry Hernandez is your dedicated project manager. He will be on-site every day to oversee the work and address residents’ concerns. He can be reached at 612-638-8700.
The work will start on building 1 and continue around the perimeter of the community. As soon as these buildings are completed, 8 buildings in the middle of the community will be worked on. All buildings have been assigned a number on the project progression map. The crew will start on building 1 (10510-10522 8th Ave N) and will progress numerically through the community per the map.
Once the roof work is completed, the gutter crew will be on-site to replace the gutters. They will also work numerically through the community, following the path of the roofing crew.
In advance of work starting, equipment, on-site restrooms, and materials will be delivered and staged around the community. The main staging area will be the cul-de-sac near building 2 on Trenton Lane N and will be utilized for the duration of the project.
We’d also like to officially invite all residents to a BBQ after our first week of work. The planned date is Friday, September 12th, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Please stop by to grab a bite to eat and ask any questions you may have regarding the project.
