7/2/2024- Today the crew was able to complete Building 3 and will finish the roofing tomorrow by working on the fourth building. This will complete the roof work in time for the Holiday weekend. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the work.
7/1/2024- The weather looks good until Thursday so we will continue roofing the last two buildings tomorrow and Wednesday, July 3rd. Tomorrow building 3 (1031-1039 Aldrich Ave. N.) will be worked on. This will allow us to complete the roofs before the 4th of July. Please note the boom truck will be on-site around 7:00 am to load the materials onto the roof of Building 3. While the boom truck is on-site access in and out of the garage area will be impacted.
6/30/2024- The forecast for Monday, July 1st has changed since Friday and is now dry until the late evening. With that said, the crew will be back on-site to work on Building 2 (844-850 10th Ave N.) They will not start working until 7:00 am per the Minneapolis noise ordinance.
Please note that a boom truck will load the materials onto the roof. It will arrive early morning and will be parked on the back side of building 2. Access in and out of the community will be impacted while the boom truck is on-site. It will take approximately 1-hour to load all of the materials. Please be patient and use caution when entering or exiting the area.
6/27/2024- Today, the crews were able to complete the first building before the rain showed up. Unfortunately, the forecast for tomorrow has a chance of rain for most of the day. Because of this, the crew will not be on-site to complete any work. We will monitor the forecast and update the residents accordingly.
