6/2/2023- The roofers have made a lot of progress but will not be able to finish the entire building by the end of today. For that reason, they will be working tomorrow Saturday, June 3rd.

The North side of the building is completed. The lower roofs on the South side will be completed by the end of the day. The upper main roof on the South side of the building will be completed by the end of the day tomorrow. The South side of the building is the Virginia Ave addresses.

The crew will not begin working until 8:00 am and should be done by 5:00 pm. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

5/24/2023- The current job we are working on is taking a little longer than expected. Because of this, we will be pushing the start of the roof replacement from 5/30 to Thursday, June 1st. This will give you more time to remove all personal items from the perimeter of the building and not have to do it on Memorial Day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Paper notices will be posted on garage doors in advance of the project starting.

Please note materials and equipment will be brought to the site in advance of the work beginning. We will do our best to keep these items out of the way and will place most of the materials on the rocks between the driveways. We may need to utilize the guest parking area during the work.

On Tuesday, May 30th. the replacement of the roof system is scheduled to begin. This project is expected to take approximately 3 days to complete but will be weather dependent. While the work is taking place, there will be constant noise and traffic. This will heavily impact your ability to move in and around your community. The hours of work are 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

There will be a materials staging area, on-site sanitation, and roll-off dumpsters will be placed on driveways for the duration of the project. You will need to have your cars out of your garage and off of the driveways by 7:00 am each morning. A paper notice will be posted on your garage door with what to expect and what is needed by you to complete the work.

If you have a satellite dish on the roof that is no longer in use and can be removed and disposed of, please email [email protected] with your address and acknowledge that the dish can be removed. If your dish is still active, it will be removed and reconnected. Service will be interrupted until the roof is complete and the dish is reinstalled. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
